Ramfis Balza Workshop offers a wide range of services, including handyman work, kitchen design and installation, custom carpentry, painting, and home or office renovations. The term "Ramfis Balza" includes all collaborators, partners, employees, and any other individuals associated with him.

While we may not always use formal written agreements, the scope, pricing, and timeline of each project will be discussed and agreed upon verbally or via email before work begins. We ensure clear communication to align expectations and deliver quality results.

3. Quotes, Payments, and Travel Fees

Quotes: Free quotes are provided upon request and are considered estimates. The final price depends on the scope of work and may include material costs, labor, and additional fees. Estimates may change based on actual project requirements.

Travel Fees: A travel fee applies for all projects unless otherwise agreed. This may also apply to providing a quotation outside the regular service area. Clients will be informed in advance of any applicable travel fees.

Payments: Payment terms will be discussed before the project begins. A deposit may be required, and full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

Late Payments: In the event of late payment, statutory default interest shall apply in accordance with § 288 BGB (5 percentage points above the base rate for consumers, 9 percentage points above the base rate for business clients). Business clients are further obliged to pay the statutory late payment fee of €40 per invoice (§ 288 (5) BGB). For each written reminder, we charge an additional administrative fee of €10.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the service and agreement terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the property at the agreed work time.

• Reviewing and approving designs, plans, or changes before work begins.
  
  

6. Material and Product Warranty

Ramfis Balza Workshop sources high-quality materials for all projects. Any warranties related to materials or products are provided by the manufacturer. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturers.

7. Liability / Insurance

The client is solely responsible for any damage caused to their own property as well as to third-party property as a result of the services provided by Ramfis Balza Workshop, including unforeseen incidents.

Clients are strongly advised to maintain valid insurance coverage throughout the project. Ramfis Balza Workshop will not be liable for damages covered by the client’s insurance policy.

Damage to Property: We take all necessary precautions, but we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects or faulty materials.

Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Cleaning Policy: Cleaning after completion of work is not included unless specifically requested and will be billed separately.

Pre-Fabricated Furniture: For pre-fabricated furniture (e.g., IKEA), no warranty of any kind is provided if the items are used furniture. This applies to all related services, including assembly, disassembly, transportation, or modifications. Ramfis Balza Workshop shall not be liable for any damage, defects, or missing parts arising in connection with such work. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all parts are complete and suitable for use prior to the commencement of work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Ramfis Balza Workshop and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and protect your data.

10. Retention of Title

All materials, products, or items supplied by Ramfis Balza Workshop remain our property until full payment has been received. Clients may not sell, pledge, or dispose of these items before payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin.

12. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

13. Dispute Resolution

Diese AGB regeln die Nutzung unserer Website und der von Ramfis Balza Workshop angebotenen Dienstleistungen, einschließlich Handwerksarbeiten, Küchendesign, Renovierungen, Tischlerei, Malerarbeiten und verwandten Leistungen.

2. Dienstleistungen

Ramfis Balza Workshop bietet ein breites Leistungsspektrum an. Auch ohne schriftliche Verträge werden Umfang, Preis und Zeitrahmen vorab mündlich oder per E-Mail vereinbart.

3. Kostenvoranschläge, Zahlungen und Reisekosten

Kostenvoranschläge: Kostenlose Angebote, die als Schätzungen gelten. Der Endpreis richtet sich nach dem tatsächlichen Projektumfang.

Reisekosten: Für alle Projekte wird eine Reisekostenpauschale berechnet, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart ist.

Zahlungen: Eine Anzahlung kann erforderlich sein, die Restzahlung ist nach Fertigstellung fällig.

Zahlungsverzug: Im Falle des Zahlungsverzugs gelten die gesetzlichen Verzugszinsen gemäß § 288 BGB (5 Prozentpunkte über dem Basiszinssatz bei Verbrauchern, 9 Prozentpunkte über dem Basiszinssatz bei Geschäftskunden). Geschäftskunden sind zudem verpflichtet, die gesetzliche Verzugspauschale von 40 € pro Rechnung zu zahlen (§ 288 Abs. 5 BGB). Für jedes Mahnschreiben berechnen wir zusätzlich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10 €.

4. Stornierungen

Absagen oder Verschiebungen sind mindestens 48 Stunden vorher mitzuteilen, andernfalls kann eine Stornogebühr anfallen.

7. Haftung / Versicherung

Der Kunde ist verantwortlich für Schäden an eigenem und fremdem Eigentum, die durch unsere Leistungen entstehen. Eine Versicherung wird dringend empfohlen.

Unsere Haftung ist auf die gezahlten Gebühren für die konkrete Leistung begrenzt. Keine Haftung für Folgeschäden.

Reinigung nach Fertigstellung erfolgt nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch gegen gesonderte Vergütung.

Vorgefertigte Möbel: Bei vorgefertigten Möbeln (z. B. IKEA) wird keinerlei Gewährleistung übernommen, wenn es sich um gebrauchte Möbel handelt. Dies gilt für sämtliche damit verbundenen Arbeiten, einschließlich Montage, Demontage, Transport oder Veränderungen. Ramfis Balza Workshop haftet nicht für Schäden, Mängel oder fehlende Teile, die im Zusammenhang mit solchen Arbeiten entstehen. Der Kunde ist dafür verantwortlich, vor Beginn der Arbeiten sicherzustellen, dass alle Teile vollständig und verwendbar sind.

8. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte dieser Website sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.

9. Datenschutz

10. Eigentumsvorbehalt

Alle von uns gelieferten Materialien und Produkte bleiben bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum. Eine Veräußerung oder Verpfändung vor vollständiger Zahlung ist unzulässig.
